If you are unhappy with a purchase you can either request an exchange or refund for the price of the product that is returned in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We cannot refund delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you. Unfortunately earrings cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons, this does not affect your statutory rights.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover the value. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

If products purchased in store are unsuitable we will offer you a credit note which has no expiry date.
