We take every care to ensure that product descriptions are accurate at the time of uploading products to the website. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the website without any prior notification. We also reserve the right to amend prices of products without prior notification.

Our products are priced in Euro. When paying by credit card this is the amount which will be deducted from your debit or credit card. When purchasing products with sterling or other currencies, debit or credit cards, the exchange rates will be set by the cardholdersbank. These rates fluctuate on a daily basis, for further information, cardholder should contact their bank as exchange rates are not applied by The Gift & Art Gallery. All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT.


When an order is placed on our website, you will receive a confirmation email confirming we have received your order and it is being processed. You will receive a second email from us acknowledging your order has been dispatched with a tracking number where applicable.

All products are subject to availability. If products that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process any remaining products on your order. We will not supply a replacement product without your authorisation. If you would like to cancel your order please see returns section of our policy.


Gift Vouchers cannot be returned once purchased and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift vouchers purchased in-store or on our website cannot be used as a form of payment on the website, however if you wish to spend your voucher and cannot get into store we can arrange to get the items to you. Please contact us via email or telephone.

We do not have a expiry date on any of our vouchers/ credit notes, if you do happen to misplace your voucher we do keep a record in store.


If you are unhappy with a purchase you can either request an exchange or refund for the price of the product that is returned in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We cannot refund delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you. Unfortunately earrings cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons, this does not affect your statutory rights.


If products purchased in store are unsuitable you have 28days to return the items in saleable condition and we will issue a credit note to the value of the goods. Our credit notes have no expiry date.
